Sprint Question

My first Mogul got a small circular area in the screen that was a different brightness than the rest, so they replaced it in the first 30 days. How long is the warranty on these phones? It's been about 60 days since I got that replacement, and this phone has been doing it for a few weeks now, getting worse and worse. I don't want to have to use up an insurance claim if I don't have to, so I didn't know what the best way to go about getting this replace would be. I'm still fighting with them over my rebates that they don't want to honor for some reason, even though we met all the requirements, so I'm not too happy about paying $400 for a phone with a screen that lasts a month.

Also, should I mess around calling CS to try to get a swap and the rebate line to straighten out my rebates, or just call the "emergency" exec services line and try to get them to fix it all at once? I'm slightly concerned about the billing too, we haven't had a bill in the past two months either because the temporary $400 credit they gave when I swapped the mogul never fell off the account, so I ended up with $800 in credits and $400 for the new phone, and we still have a credit on the 3 line SERO account. I don't want the $400 credit to fall off then have our service suspended because we're past the $375 ASL.

Ok as far as the warranty goes for your device, HTC Manufacture's warranty is 1 year. Take that piece of crap back and get a new handset. That's just ridiculous for a brand new phone. Keep taking it back until you are satisfied. Each time you take your device back within the year warranty, the warranty begans from the time you recieved the phone. All that other extraneous bs you describe that Sprint is putting you through is nonsense. Threaten to cancel your account annd you will probably get some results. Boy the saga continues with Sprint.

yep, 1 year. don't settle for less! Its easier to send you packing sand than to help you unless you start threating to cancel.

Sorry to hear about this. I usually get decent service at the stores some times but based on the way i dress, flip flops, t shirt and baggy shorts, they never take me seriously. LOL.
