Yes, there is.
 It needs to be started with a command line parameter. When I downloaded it there was a link to this lnk (shortcut) file.

the touch photo album is an individual program by itself... sounds like a good question though, but if i found a way to get to another album, i'll tell ya. best thing about it is the flash interface.
