Sprite backup with 2.17 new rom

Have a Mogul running wm6. I flashed the new rom and then restored from sprite backup. Restore went ok but it said the following files could not restore....
\mxip_init.vol
\mxip_lang.vol
\mxip_notify.vol
\mxip_system.vol
\pim.vol
\cemail.vol

Any idea what these files are for and/or thoughts on what won't work properly? So far pocketcm is the only thing I can find that will not boot properly.....thanks for any help...

pim.vol is the contacts. Not sure what the rest are.

I got a similar error, although I dont remember what files. But as far as I can tell, everything was back.

I did a hard reset after upgrading to 217

I didn't get any errors, but I had some memory management problems after the restore. Programs were being shutdown by WM even though it was reporting as much as 13mb free. I ended up hard reseting and reinstalling the apps.
