call announce or voice command

Is there a caller id announce for the titan? I searched and nothing came up. I had it for my apache and loved it, now I have the xv6800 and miss that function. Can someone make a cab for the 6800?

if you are talking about where instead of a ring town, it says the name of the caller? then MS Voice Command 1.6 has that featuer...
