Sprint SERO Question

I did it through sprint.com...I actted as if I was a new customer I just got the free phone and paid for the tax and got the phone today and swapped plans when I called sprint. I dont *think* they added a line since "my sprint" list each phone as "line 1"...Ill wait till the next billing cycle to see wasup. I think the CSR combined the 2 accounts when I did the swap since I believe they were different account numbers.

When I ordered they caught my SSN or something. Maybe because I was a Nextel Cust. Anyway congrats on the SERO plan. It is nice to save that money. Means more toys for me.

all you have to do is get on the phone with one of those clueless foreign CS and tell them to switch your account to SERO, like I did with my family plan with 3 lines.... =)

lucky bustard, and all this time I dealt with retention's to get my plan like sero ... without the sero... better than sero actually.... 50 bucks for two lines but like the sero 30 dollar individual plan, saving of $10... sure we share 500mins but most ppl we talk to have sprint so its free... or we talk after 7 when its free.... otherwise the talk is brief... but its rare when a call isn't free, and we never go over out mins. but they offered us 1000mins for the same price but that requred us to extend our contract for that and I didn't want to extend it since its up n a few months n I think I wanna swich to sero anyway... or have the option to get a new phone at the discounted price... wich I really don't need to be out contract for if I speak to the right person... but I don't want to abuse the system... wouldn't want them to get rid of me lol . I got my gf a similar plan for $40 and 1000mins free web and text. but seros good too... I wanna switch to sero eventually... maybe.... after my contract expires
