I just figured it to be a Network issue if I had on both the Touch and Mogul. Since I have installed the latest ROM I have not had the issue come up yet and mine was always a random thing. All I would do is close out my phone application and then re-open it and it would work. Never had to soft reset or anything to clear the issue.
