Alltel PPC-6800 - So lagged it wont even answer call

Almost everytime I get a call while the keyboard is slid out I am never able to answer the call. Upon closing the keyboard the device takes about 5 seconds to change screen resolutions. All this time I am pressing the "Answer" soft-key as well as the green send button. The phone doesn't recognize any of these keypresses for about another 10-15 seconds at which time the call is already gone. Does anybody else have this problem? I've performed multiple hard resets and it doesn't seem to matter. The problem seems to worsen as the phone is on for longer. I turn the phone off every night and turn it on every morning. This problem is mostly occurring at night. I dont do much at all with the phone during the day besides send text messages and use the phone. I don't have bluetooth, dont use any third party apps during the day. It's getting really annoying. Hopefully somebody has a fix.

what do you have installed?
I've noticed that most of my problems so far have stemmed from HHC

HHC? I've got the following (although i haven't opened *any* of them today since I turned the phone on):

Esmertec JBed
Opera Mini
Google Maps
GSPlayer
Live Search
MyMobiler
O2 Plus

I'm thinking about just doing a hard reset and not installing any other progs to see if it gets any better. The only one of the above programs that is running is O2 Plus because it runs on the today screen. I've had this problem before I instaleld that program, however.
