Any new ROMs for the VZW XV6800? GPS??

I know the phone has only been released for a week and a half, but has any awesome ROM authors created a new ROM for the Verizon 6800? if someone could point me in the direction, I would appreciate it greatly!

Any news on unlocking the disabled GPS chip inside the phone?

Too soon! I can't imagine that Verizon will release a new ROM before early next year. As with the 6700, it's just a matter of time before someone comes up with a device independent ROM. I've seen a few posts of people trying the Sprint ROM's on the 6800 with poor results. If Verizons past performance is any indication, there's no chance that the 6800 will have anything more than a locked up per month charge aGPS if at all. Verizon even striped out the cheap headset that all the other 6800 variants came with, presumably to sell a few more in store accessories. I'm so glad I dumped them for SERO!!!
