good sprint rep?

I just signed up for the Sprint SERO plan (spent $600 on 2 moguls) and would like to add my military discount . I have read/heard that if you handle it the "right" way you can stack the discounts. So does anyone have a good customer service contact or know the best way to go about doing it?
