Contact Backup...

Does anyone know of a program that i can use to backup my contacts...i can't use Outlook and i don't feel like sitting with my Q and Mogul with the infared pointing to each other and sending my contacts for a hour...PLEASE HELP!!!

you can use pim backup i dont have it on me....but serach the forums you can find it easy its highly recommended
