Looking for the leanest , fastest and most basic rom for PDA use.

Hello,
I figured my old Mogul/Titan it would be a fairly good device to resurrect for Geocaching and Navizon point collection. I've been out of the Titan game for over a year so I came back to the boards to read about the latest and greatest. I was happy to see that this little power house of a phone still has a decent following.
I would like to install/flash a rom that has just the basics installed. I want it as efficient, fast and user frieldly as possible. It would be nice to have the latest mods for faster GPS.

Things that dont need to be installed or work:
Audible, Getting Started, Help, Messenger, On Demand, Software Store, Sprint Music, Sprint Navigation, Sprint TV, Voice Speed Dial.

It looks like 6.5 has the most "finger" friendly UI so I think I would like that.
I'm gun shy of trying to cook my own rom so that is why I'm asking for pre made roms.
Any suggestions?
