Phone as webcam?

Is there any free software that will let me turn my MOGUL into a webcam?

there arent really any good options out there really...

however, me and my friends downloaded and like to play around with whooshcam (whooshcam.com). Its ok for what it is.

google cool camera they have a program called webcam or something like that. but the cam is on the back and the screen is on he front, so i dont see the point. but to each his own
