only 11MB free Program mem after soft reset

After soft-reset I only have 11MB free Program memory.

MemMaid shows the following running processes

VoiceCmd 3.11MB
shell32 2.76
device 2.54
cprog 2.42
filesys 1.96
gwes 1.91
mobile shell 1.68
memmaid 1.39

Then there's a bunch that use a few hundred KB or less.

Is something wrong?
