converting dvd movies to play on mogul

ok.....i've tried this many, many, many times and it never works for me i want to be able to watch movies on my mogul b/c most of the time it's nothing to do at work and i et boared and i'm getting tired of youtube. I need to know what format does the mogul play movies on also what program do i need (freeware, but if i have to pay as a last result i will) to format the movies so i can watch them like ie what's the correct audio rate and can i use mp4 or do i have to use 3gp. I have tried downloading movies from websites when i load them into wmp it says they cant be played i wouldnt mind tcpmp player but from what i've seen it looks really choppy but if that can be fixed i'll definitely use it. Somebody anybody please help me this is really bugging me b/c i know it can be done but i cant figure out how.......By the way if this has been covered excuse me i didnt see it and trust me i've been searching for days.....thanks in advance

This is where i use orb...i download movies onto my computer then..orb will put it on an account i have..and using internet i can access that account with those movies anywhere...it can get a little choppy but once it loads its normally okay.

i agree. i've only recented started using orb (thanks to this site's recommendations), but orb rocks so far. no lag whatsoever on wifi, evdo i get it.

and, i prefer tcpmp for playback. it's free somewhere. and find the flash video bundle for it.

and, stage6 has a lot of stuff on it that will stream to the mogul.
