How do I turn off software keyboard?

Just like the title says. I couldnt find this through search im sure someone else thinks the mini onscreen keyboard is annoying as I do.

Usually the software keyboard only pops up if it was used the last time you entered data. If you last used the hardware keyboard, the software keyboard won't pop up in most applications.

Sadly this isnt the case with the mogul since ive never EVER used the software keyboard but in apps like PocketCM it opens when I want to text someone. Gonna give the apps a shot after I install the new roms.
