Case of the diappearing programs list

I was fooling around with my Mogul today, trying out some new programs. I went to uninstall DBH's slidetounlock program and it told me that file is either in use or is write protected. So I go to settings-remove program to see if I can delete the program from there. And low and behold all the programs I have downloaded on my phone are not listed it's just a big white empty box. With those programs not listed everything is working the way it should be. Can anyone tell me what the problem might be, I hope I'm not having a turn of bad luck and my phone is going crazy on me, it has treated me good so far. Any help or advice would be appriciated. Oh I have a small 512 microSD sandisk(I know I need to upgrade).

There was another thread on this(No Items in Remove Programs), but it didnt go anywhere.
This just also happened to me. I also found that I could not install programs and that me phone would not sync... This happened right after installing Slither Cube, and efrost FTouchFlo.. so I went to uninstall and ran into the same thing...Deleted items from the startup folder and still the same thing.. deleted files from the program files section and same, also tried a soft reset 10X....so I had to do a hard reset....
