Beaming Picture

I have searched for this and am not finding anything.
I am trying to beam a picture from my HTC Mogul to my boyfriend's Sanyo SCP-7050. Both phones are paired. But when i try to beam a pic, I keep getting a failed message.
Help!

Make sure you go into settings and make sure bt is turned on ive had times when i hit send the led flashes blue and doesent work.
