Why am I etting text messages late or not at all? its frustrating.

This happens at random times frequently I am wondering if their some internal setting or hack I an do to remedy this please any help is appreciated I have a mogul with sprint

Well it's been happening to me only today on my Touch, and it is clearly a network issue as I used to get SMS in a timely manner with both my Touch and my Mogul.

I assumed that today can be attributed to the fact that it is Thanksgiving and there's probably lots of activity. As it is, I've already gotten like 20 'happy thanksgiving' text messages.

i have been having similar issues. but it's been on and off for a while now. it's one thing to miss a call cuz i have voicemail, but it's another to miss a text, since there is no backup in case it's missed/late.

they are probably getting backed up with data
as long as i dont get rushed with 2342352 messages all at once i dont mind

i am also, all day i have been getting texts late and people who i sent them to recieve them a hourish late? any idea?

There was a network issue a few days ago. Monday I think... No problems as of today that I have seen.

I've been having the same problem. My gf is on verizon and she's been getting my txts a little over an hour after I send them. When she sends one to me, I get it within a minute or two.

well, I found a fix that worked for me at least. Had my friends with VZW do an OTA update and I also updated the PRL on my mogul. soft reset and all my txts comin through within a minute of bein sent.

How to i do this?, update the PRL??
