Assuming you have a Mogul, are you running 2.16? 2.16 caused this problem with my phone. The problem seems to occur when the phone roams off Sprints network. If you are running 2.16 you could turn off roaming or switch back to 2.09 (or another custom ROM that has fixed this bug).
Good luck and good turkey

fixed the problem......played with the settings....went to:
settings>system>power>advanced and then unchecked "turn off device if not used for" on both the battery power and external power which makes me have to manually put my phone in sleep mode by pressing the power button. And if i forget then my battery will drain. So.....anybody have an opinion.....should i still take my phone back to repair shop?????? |

its not a hardware issue... its a windows mobile issue... my phone does the same thing, with wm6 and 5 and kitchen roms... i just need a SMALL app that actually works to put the phone to sleep after X amount of time... the settings for that in the phone, just dim the screen... for me at least
