Do I have to reverse the experimental GPS fix when changing carriers?

I successfully modded the GPS in a Verizon Titan using the QPST experimental GPS hack. Will this change reset when I load a new ROM onto the Titan before activating it on Sprint? Can I just trace my steps back with QPST and undo everything if not?

First sprint won't activate a Verizon phone. Second the gps should still work if not just flash the current sprint rom.

Yeah, I've just read about that. I read about a few peoples' experience of having activating their VZW PPCs on Sprint's network, but they seem to be the exception... and I want to remain a legal user of Sprint's services
