Rhapsody Sync Issues

Does anyone else used Rhapsody ToGo? If so are you having any problems transferring subscription music to the storage card inserted in the Mogul? I've noticed that frequently I will need to delete my previous authorization and reauthorize the storage card. Luckily Rhapsody doesn't seem to limit the number of time you deauthorize per month, but it is quite annoying.

I've had that happen one time a couple of weeks ago but at the same time I had the problem with my 4GB Sansa MP3 player so I'm not so sure it was an isolated incident with just the storage card on my mogul.

Re: Rhapsody Sync Issues

Yes... I have this same problem.. haven't found a solution yet. I also can't figure out how to get playlists to transfer to the phone.

Re: Rhapsody Sync Issues

I actually called Rhapsody and talk to a guy that really had no idea what he was talking about, ( and could hardly understand him with his foreign accent) but what I did get from him is that the device needs to be listed as one Rhapsody's "approved" devices. I told him that it was a windows mobile device and that it is a play for sure device so it should have no problem and all his response was that it needs to be on the approved lists of devices even though its a play for sure device. I have a insignia mp3 player from Best Buy and have never had any issue with it.
