I've had that happen one time a couple of weeks ago but at the same time I had the problem with my 4GB Sansa MP3 player so I'm not so sure it was an isolated incident with just the storage card on my mogul.

any one know how to set up autosync with the playlist?

I actually called Rhapsody and talk to a guy that really had no idea what he was talking about, ( and could hardly understand him with his foreign accent) but what I did get from him is that the device needs to be listed as one Rhapsody's "approved" devices. I told him that it was a windows mobile device and that it is a play for sure device so it should have no problem and all his response was that it needs to be on the approved lists of devices even though its a play for sure device. I have a insignia mp3 player from Best Buy and have never had any issue with it.
