touch plugin weather.... new city

i have the touch plugin on my mogul... im trying to put colorado springs on the weather screen... i found a read up on how to do it HERE and i have done everything step by step... however i get this...

i did the edit like this....

and the port host change like this..

what am i doing wrong? do you see anything wrong with it?
