Help getting my xv6800 switched to android

I have a xv6800 also known as htc titan i believe. I need to unlock it before i can install android.. or so i have read.. I cannot find an unlock tool that works for my phones rom version. ( 2.09.605.8 ) radio(1.30.60)
and the ones that seem like they might work dont run on windows x64... any help please?

also the phone is no longer connected to verizon. (I replaced this phone)
