Simple problem with PHM RegEdit

Hello all,

I am attempting to use PHM RegEdit to modify some values to tune my phone. PHM seems to accept all values that I give it with no errors. Its just when I create a value or modify it, my system doesn't show any changes, but on PHM RegEdit it shows the new changes ETC.

What am I doing wrong? Sorry to be such a noob, I am new to windows mobile.
