Simple problem with PHM RegEdit
 

Hello all,

I am attempting to use PHM RegEdit to modify some values to tune my phone. PHM seems to accept all values that I give it with no errors. Its just when I create a value or modify it, my system doesn't show any changes, but on PHM RegEdit it shows the new changes ETC.

What am I doing wrong? Sorry to be such a noob, I am new to windows mobile.

Some changes take a soft reset for them to take effect. You might try that.

By the way, everyone starts as a noob. Welcome to PPCGeeks!

Also, you need to wait about 30 seconds before you softreset. It has been my experience that it takes the phone a little time to write the registry changes to memory.
