Arcsoft MMS and Palm Threaded Problem

I have spent the last couple days trying to get my Arcsoft MMS working. I finally got it visible on my messaging center with the EnableMMS.cab file from xda dev. but now it will reach sending:99% and then show a message with a clock icon over it and never fully send the file.
Anyone else having this same problem? and has anyone been able to fix this problem? I have searched through countless threads and couldnt find an answer. Thanks
