sprint music store issues

I have a 4gb sdhc and when I try 2 download anything from the sprint music store it doesn't let me download anything. btw I use a 6800 or whtevr u wanna call it and im pretty much a newb so I need help. besides the music store everything else runs fine

I use HTC Audio Manager to play audio files from my memory card. I load them on to my memory card via memory card reader and that's that!
