questions for those who exchanges thier mogul for touch who are still under the 30 day peiod.

i got an email from ecare saying " i have ordered HTC Touch and return kit of HTC Mogul on the phone######## under the 30 days exchange period. within 24 business hours i will provide you the order details"

ok i checked my account online and i have a credit for $499.00 what is the credit for? is this for the swap?

Yeah, that credit is probably for the swap. Sprint's billing system is really screwy. One time, I had a bill for a CREDIT of $260, then it changed to me owing $35 two days later. lol

Not too hard to figure out...

They are giving you credit for the Mogul like you asked.
They will ship you the Touch and charge you for it.
Whatever the difference is between the Mogul credit and the Touch charge is what you will be refunded or owed.

If you don't ship back the Mogul within a certain time period then the credit will be retracted and you end up owing money.

Actually, that credit would be for the Touch, since Mogul's retail is $549.99. What happens is if they don't receive your Mogul, that credit will turn into a debit, making you pay for the Touch.

P.S. - is Ecare's email still ecare@cc.sprintpcs.com ?

If you're under the 30 days, then you should definitely be getting it.

Most of us were early adopters, though, and are trying to win the battle of working phones.

actually, I really think the screen is more usable outdoors.. for that case, the screen is more viewable WITHOUT the backlight on then any ppc i've seen.

No, because this is a Mogul specific thread. It's for users with Moguls that have questions about the Touch...
