skin for what dialer? stock? perhaps posting screenshot would help.

alright there for the stock WM6 dialpad for the mogul that he is running. what he doesnt have these files compiled into a cab file and needs to know how to either compile all the files into a cab or how to install all the seperate files and images and where they go to use his new creation.
