Problem with Icontacts

I have the Contact program that opens up like the apple phone. I can open the program and make phone calls fine. However, i sometimes get stuck inside of the contact page where im looking at everyones number and i cannot close out of it. I think this is due to the fact taht my physical keys on the phone. The green Send and the Red End Button do not work. That is the way i typically close out of my dialer or get my dialer going. I typically have to press the buttons on the touchpad screen to make or end a call. Also i have trouble with sending Text messages through this icontact setup. Thanks for your help.
