Remap HW Keyboard "File Explorer" Shortcut?

Is it possible to remap the shortcut on the keyboard to a different app, such as Total Commander? If so, how?

You mean the shorcut on the hard keyabord? The one for FN + Left Arrow (I think it's the left arrow)?

Yes, the one on the hard keyboard. It's FN + Right Arrow.

Yes, I'd like to know how to do this,
or where these registry settings are.

You might be able to do it with MagiKBlite. You would have to create your own custom key map.
