This is such a crappy situation. What about those of us who need a real keyboard? Heck, if I'm not going to get a real keyboard, I might as well just go get a razr.

I want my damn mogul to work.

I totally feel you on that. With my job, I need to do e-mails on-the-go a lot, and having a keyboard is very nice for that purpose. However, I've grown tired of tapping an SMS/e-mail, and having it take 10 seconds to show up, then sometimes I'll start typing, and it will close the e-mail/sms. I've had this problem since I got my first Mogul, and it's really irritating. I will not miss how stupid slow this thing is, that's for sure.

He said "my 4th mogul replacement", which prompted my reply. Your situation is not what I was replying to.

My 6800 that they gave me for the 6700 was brand new...

However the two replacement 6700s I got were refurbs and my initial 6700 was a brand new one.

I should have known better when the first 6700 I got had a defective memory card slot (the memory card wouldn't stay in) and I had to get it swapped the very next day after I bought it...

My 6800 was a refurb, and it sucks just as much as the one that it replaced. :/

Well didnt think it would come to this but my Mogul is going back. This thing is freezing more than ever. I dont know what could have caused the problem other than the new rom.
