I went to a Sprint store and tried to return my replacement Mogul for a Touch and I got nowhere. It was worth a shot though.

i am on a 150 limit and all they do is pu a temp credit on ur sprint and when u get the phone send the mogul back and will wil be all good they do give u a a return kit to send the mogul back

The best thing is to ask Sprint for a break on the price of the Touch (i.e. all discounts and rebates) $249.00. They make a few bucks. You sell your mogul for $200-ish on e-bay and it cost you $50.00 out of pocket.

No wireless company bends over backwards more than Sprint. We are spoiled that we don't get impossible deals that no wireless vender would do but Sprint does some times. But just because every rep does not give away the store it's no reason to quit.

I think some folks have got a swap because they have large accounts, super credit or complained about the mogul since they got it.

I too have the sprint mogul phone and was wondering if anyone knows how to get pass sending pictures to email address verses texing them....its really a pain!!

Sprint store customer service is the worst! I had to go 3 days on a row just to get them to order my 4th mogul replacement. The first 2 days after waiting 40 min they told me to come back next day cuz the tech had to leave... 3rd day they finally order the phone but what really piss me off is that they had the phone in stock.

Today I call TS and explained all the reasons why I wanted to switch to the Touch and they told me to wait for the mogul first and if I still have problems to call them back loool they like to waste time and money......

I would imagine they are asking themselves what the root cause of 4 replacements is...

Its very well possible to LEGITIMATELY have 4 replacement PocketPCs in a short period of time.

My 6700 was great from November til about August or so... then through September I had two replacements, then a third, which was my Mogul.

I still haven't heard back from eCare today, so I'll keep you guys updated tomorrow. I really hope I don't have to go through retentions to do this, but even if I do, I have that e-mail documenting the CSR telling me they will replace it with a Touch for free. I hope this goes well, but I will miss the keyboard.
