Amen!

My 6700 was replaced by a 6800 with a little convincing....but for an upgrade only...

I've dropped, spilled coke on, etc BOTH, and they keep on keepin' on...

No. All of my moguls have been replaced though equipment protection. You only have to pay $50(I actually think its higher w/ a pda) if your phone has water damage or is lost/stolen. Usually they want you to take it to a sprint store so they can hard reset it not know whats wrong with it and order a replacement for which you have to come back to the store to swap out. With a little persistance you can skip the whole store step and have them send you a replacement phone without having it checked out by a store.

I had one replaced because the speaker failed and two others replaced because a Sprint ROM update turned them into bricks.

Re: How many times has your Titan / Mogul / P4000 been replaced?

Just got my phone in March of 08, and I'm getting it replaced through TEP because the Vibrate doesn't work, the WiFi is broke (Yes, I've researched the issue), and I have the White Spot of Death, lol

I could live with the white spot. I could even live without WiFi until I get my Laptop in Nov. But I NEED Vibrate for God's Sake, lol

I guess all 3 are the straw that broke the camel's back. I wonder what's next with this crappy phone, lol!

Re: How many times has your Titan / Mogul / P4000 been replaced?

I'm on my third right now, replaced twice for the same "annoying white spot in the corner"

What's the deal with that, anyway? Is there a chip right behind that spot or something that heats up and warps the LCD? Same spot on both phones.

I actually let it go for a lot longer the second time because I didn't want to deal with the hassle, but it kept getting bigger and brighter.

So replaced 2x for me (so far, we'll see about #3)

Re: How many times has your Titan / Mogul / P4000 been replaced?

First one fell into the toilet bowl like 1-2 weeks after I ordered it, and the replacement for that just conked out on me earlier today. Phone froze and I went to go reset it at the bottom witht the stylus, and now it won't even turn on at all. The light at the top that blinks green (status light) just lights up red when I plug the charger into it.

Re: How many times has your Titan / Mogul / P4000 been replaced?

The day I received my first Mogul two weeks ago today as a replacement for my bricked Apache, I dropped it and the power button fell in. Of course my free upgrade was a refurbished phone anyway so I didn't really care. I received a replacement Mogul yesterday though all I really wanted was for them to pop the button out which they couldn't do. I almost didn't want to bring it in because I was a little nervous about getting a Touch Pro since I just received this phone and like it so much. Lucky for me Sprint is cheap. I usually keep my phones for 3 or 4 years but hey things happen.
