Sprint email address for complaints

Does anyone know the email address to complain to Sprint about customer service? I've been on my mogul for 30 minutes searching the site. Thanks in advance.

You have to login on sprint.com and go to e-care. I think it's ecare1@sprintpcs.com, but you might want to double check that.

Login to Sprint, then click on "Contact Us" at the top.
