People have been getting them, some over night. You should be good to go.
Question though, why didn't you just go to a Sprint store? Since you are under the 30 days, you could have walked out with a Touch all configured and good to go. -Polen |
They ship them UPS 2-day Air. Mine was shipped on the 7th and I got it yesterday afternoon (the 9th).

It took a bit of arguing with eCare but I finally got them to agree to it. It took me getting a bit agressive with them. They wanted me to go through Asurion and pay the deductable which was stupid... One thing I noticed was the rep had no idea what a 6800 is so make sure to call it a Mogul otherwise they don't know what's going on

i didnt know i couldve taken it to the store. i didnt have a receipt it was a replacement for my 6700. i got an email back today and they sent me tracking number im bout to trakc it now..

Oh! The reason I didnt get the Touch is because I didnt know I had that option.
But I like the Mogul because of the physical keyboard. But since I have no life i dont text often or do other things that require heavy typing. Anyways, I could just get the Touch...no questions asked for no extra money? Because Im under 30 days? |

Well I do text and email and stuff... But I am terrified to send my Mogul back because I had such a bad experience the last time I had to swap. My bill was jacked up for months and you guys KNOW customer service is the friggin worst!

I just got a 6800 and I am still in the 30 day trial period. My past phone (8125) I used the blue tooth for GPS and headset a lot. I'm second guessing the 6800 after reading this thread and all of the problems related to the BT on the 6800. Any complaints other than the Touch not having a keyboard when compaining these two phones? Can anyone vouch for the quality of the Touch in way of processor speed? The HTC site states a 201 mhz processor for the Touch and the big attraction for me with the 6800 was the 400 mhz processor. Thanks.

I'm under the impression that the CDMA version of the Touch has the same processor as the Mogul... |
