I'm in the HATING the phone but loving Sprint category. Huge world of difference from T-Mo. Customer service doesn't really bug me anymore.

Think I'm gonna actually trade in my Mogul for the Treo 755p.
I'm sure the Mogul will be pretty stable within 6 months, but I don't feel like waiting... |

I really think the Touch is gonna have basically the same problems the Mogul does, UNLESS you use it entirely differently because of the touch interface.
Pretty much all of the Mogul's problems are not hardware related, that's including the RAM (unless you literally run several memory hog apps at once like WMP). I'm done with HTC for a while.... |

And assuming that the Touch sells well, I believe that's where Sprint will focus its limited (both in number and competence, apparently) support resources. I think Sprint bears the bulk of the responsibility, not HTC, since Sprint cripples the phones so badly and then insists on Sprint supporting them instead of HTC. |

The Touch is more promoted for sure.
But I would not buy a similar device to the Mogul from Sprint under the assumption that they would provide quicker and better support. That's all... |

Should have been more options, I love the phone and the company. Those of you who arent satisfied with the Mogul can't have the Touch or Tilt but I'm keeping the Mogul!
