Alright guys, I have a stock Mogul, what should I do to it?

Alright, I finally have time to customize my Mogul,

Its running the 2.08.651.4 Rom and has a 1.32.00 radio

Im really not that impressed with the speed of the device, it takes forever to get the dial screen up, sometimes I have to press the green talk button 5-6 times to get the screen to come up and the buttons lag so much when I press them. I hear this might be covered in an update?

Im super stoked about this internet wifi sharing, I posted about it a while ago and now im going to buy an ipod touch just to play with its capabilities!

Right now I use the SPB phone suite and I like it but its not the best thing I think.


So heres the question.

What should I do to customize my phone that is free/cheap? Are the upgrades a good idea?

And when the hell can I use REV A on this phone?
