Sorint Music Store not working

First off, I want to thank all you guys for all the great content and information here. That being said, something I'm having a problem with is the Sprint Music Store. I searched on here for any information and have no luck.

Basically, 9 times out of 10, music doesn't play. (I say this because I've tried about 20 times or so to get it to work, and it's only played my music 2-3 times).

It gives me Error M506: Unable to Play Song.
file:///MemoryCard/Music/songname.koz
cannot be played.

My friend, who also has a Mogul (Titan), also has the same problem and he has the updated ROM (well, it's useless now...).

When trying to google an answer, someone suggested to try formatting the card. I did so, and it played once and that was it.

Any information will be useful, thanks in advance.

i did do the rom update

i'm getting the same problem. when i WANT to listen to the music on the spot, it wont work. but when im just bored and fire it up, it wont. it's very annoying i agree.

Mine hasn't worked literally since the Music Store was introduced on the 2nd rom update. Sucks.

So I'm not the only one who sees this problem. I'm glad to know that.

Looks like I haven't had any luck yet... It worked 3 times in a row last night, and then this morning it's not working again.

Anyone know of a fix?

I just use YouTube to listen to Music on the spot.

when i get that error usually a soft rest works or re syncing my music store
