Hopefully this will expand in the future to other tweaks and hacks as well. One suggestion is to provide uninstall within the Remove Programs menu instead of having a separate CAB, this would make things much easier.

Hey codyppc thats for a great performance app I notice that my Mogul goes some much faster !!! I don't see the battery hack in the zip file is there another file for just the battery thanks !!!

I was curious. Are the battery AND performance hacks in that same file, or were there supposed to be two in there?

I haven't had the chance to really test it since running your tweaks, but I'm hoping for the best.
