Start Menu Contacts Shortcut

I deleted my Contacts shortcut and can not find it in my windows folder.
Can someone tell me where to find the shortcut or what would it be under? Or if someone can upload the shortcut for me.

Have you tried going into Settings - Menus and checking off Contacts?

Yes Contacts is not on the list to select.

download and rename from .zip to .lnk

That file did not work for me. I get an error There is no application associated with "Contacts". run the application first, then open the file form within the application.
