ok..I must be blind or something, I am on the HTC site right now and still see 2.16. Checked the download link and it is still pointing to RUU_TITAN_SPRINT_WWE_2.16.651.0_1.47.00_SPCS_NV124 _0506_SPL106_Ship.exe

can anyone post the old rom im tired of this new rom..help

freezing up with new Rom too!
 

yep, i get freezing up too with the new rom of the kitchen...specially when saving a contact or pulling in one up!

Old rom is still available from the site at this url: http://download.america.htc.com/RUU_...4_new_Ship.exe

So its starting to sound like if you use the new rom, but downgrade the radio, the lockups go away.

How do I do this? and where do I get the 1.41 radio.? Is it worth it, or should I go back to the 2.09 ROM

Early today I downgraded to the 1.40 radio and now my phone locked up for no reason. It took all day but it took all day when I first did the latest sprint rom with the latest radio.

sigh I downgraded to and so far one lock up

SOOOO... if the Radio 1.4 is still giving lockups, we could assume that its the ROM itself that is causing the lockups. So does anyone have just the RADIO 1.47 upgrade that we could flash to the old ROM and test that out. A lot of people were saying the Evdo was more efficient in the new radio so at least we could upgrade the Radio!!!

I bite the bullet and flashed down to the 2.09 rom last night. Good thing I dont delete stuff from my harddrive very often. LOL. If you find out about the 1.47 radio, let me know (and how to install it.)

2.16 Rom 1.40 Radio
 

I have been using the 2.16 rom with the 1.40 radio for 2 days and not a problem.Phone shuts off and wakes from sleep with no d-pad issues.I can not force it to crash by setting it to rome it just gets a better signal(crappy area).Have not had one lock up.So heres a list of the programs i use.
