Mine did this upon first reboot with the new ROM. Therefore, it obviously does not have to do with 3rd party apps. My D-Pad worked properly for about half a day after doing a number of soft resets, but the defaulted to its non-operative behavior. Give yours time, you'll see the bug soon enough, provided that your BT stack is on and, possibly, being used from time to time.
