no idea...I tried to sync my Mogul w/ my Vista laptop and I cleary did not check the "contacts" option when doing the sync setup and after I disconnected, all my contacts were erased from my Mogul (and I had not backed them up yet!) !

So I updated my ROM to 2.16 last week and I dare not plug my Mogul in to that Vista computer again...

Maybe you've done this, already, but try start>settings>connections>usb to pc

then uncheck the box (check if box is unchecked)

i don't see what the problem is...am i the only sprint user that is using the alltel ROM 2.14..? everything works with tht ROM...

You shouldnt have to use a ROm from another company. We paid for a working device.

Hi....... just so you all know. I recommend flashing back to the last rom. My issues are gone but I got the bugs from last rom. But At least my pad works.

Anyways.... I was also considering in taking HTC to court. After releasint that god awful rom update my phone just didn't like me. Would any of you Mogulians be willing in being witnesses? I can lead the charge and be the representative. All you witnesses have to do is just scream at the top of your lungs like rampaging arangatangs everytime HTC lawyers talks. That way I can scream.." Objection!". You never know until we try right?

I am still running the 2.16 rom...thinking maybe something will come within week to fix all this

The company that is actualy responsable is Sprint they are licensed as the OEM for HTC they are responsable for all support and fixes on the Mogul. And I agree there should be a class action lawsuite against sprint for releasing this device all you need is 14 mogul owners to start.
