right on.

I can't belive so many were complaining thay didn't have a rom update and now everyones complaining about installing it. if you don't like it you can allways go back to 2.09.

this radio is new but I do belive there is a 2.14 radio on the ftp.

I will be installing tonight when I get home.

Can someone point me in the direction of finding out which cab files need to be activated if you don't want all of the extra sprint junk? I tried searching around but failed miserably. Thanks...

after the install of the new rom and a hard reset it will say installing customizations in 3 seconds...before the time is up do a soft reset and whammy!!!

The two most important things we were looking for are not in the Rom. GPS and Rev. A.

I don't see Sprint releasing any other update for this phone. I'm highly dissapointed.

I know for a fact SPB backup won't work after a ROM update. I have no idea about Sprite though.

I think BT is considered in the top 2 importance by many, so we should take what we can get. Let's hope their claim that "# Improves Bluetooth compatibility and performance." hold true.
