Just download the file then follow the instruction, there's also a readme that's packaged with the install file. Make sure you back up the data you want, installing new rom is like doing a hard reset on your phone.

So it took Sprint/HTC 1.5 month to release a rom that was built in 09/03/07? *sigh* Thanks for those who helped by being the guinea pig
