If you are going for a "base" ROM, I would include live/messenger. I'm not sure how many people use it (I actually use Live), but my guess is you will have people complain either way. I would include it as we have a ton of storage, especially when compare to the Apache!

but can't you install live via cab after install.... If so, why include anything that could be installed either on the device or storage card later? I personally don't use live

Thanks for sharing, but the main reason I got a pocket PC is so I could have messengers, Adobe Reader, and Office Mobile. Voice Dialing is a nice feature too. Not really knocking your ROM, but I would think that a lot of people use those applications.

Id have to agree, Anything that can be obtained via cab should be left out if you want a true "clean" style rom... That way It may take time, But every user can customize from that point as they see fit...
