I just loaded the 1.5.2 and it has the same issue.

I figure the more information for you to go on the better so here is what I'm doing. I am running the windows xp sp2 bt stack and I am using the typical setup of having it map a com port to activesync. I run activesync on my phone and choose 'connect via bluetooth' it then asks me to pair a device. i go through the pairing process and after i enter the passcodes it scans for a list of services.

Here is where the differences are. With the working ROMs the activesync on my computer turns green and spins a bit and then on my phone i have 'ActiveSync' as an available service. With the 1.5.2 clean ROM activesync on my computer never spins or turns green and instead of 'ActiveSync' I have 'Serial Port' as an available service showing on my phone.

If you have any questions I'll be more than happy to help with what I can.

the 1.5.2 is in the works and probably will be posted shortly. i am trying to fix mms without downgrading iemobile.

there are no changes to bluetooth and if its cutting off now its going to cut off in 1.5.2 too. the comm manager is a known issue as stated in post 1.

If I'm using the custom rom and want to upgrade to the 1.5.2. Can I just make a backup with sprite and restore it after to keep all the programs and settings I have now, including the programs that came with the custom rom?

Thanks!
