Re: Post here if you love your Snap!

HI, I've had the Snap for over a month now, previous phones were the trinity and kaiser. I'm loving the phone. Dont miss the touch screen. The Phone is extremely fast and I've not had a single freeze. Battery life is awesome, I get through about 1.5 days peacefully with lots of use - calls, couple of apps running and push mail (exchange).

I agree. I picked this phone up, I've only had 1 freeze but nothing since then. Good-bye touch screen.

Re: Post here if you love your Snap!

Just picked this phone up at Best Buy for $29. Def can't beat it for the price. I can tell I'm really gonna like this one. Gave my Diamond up to my wife.

mulhiny,

how do like going from the Diamond to the Snap? I've got one coming to try out. What do you like vs the Diamond? What do you miss? I'm sure there is less eye candy but maybe that's a good thing!

To be honest I don't miss the Diamond at all. I really like the Snap. It's much faster and has much better battery life. GPS is great and locks very quickly. Speaker phone is loud and clear, one of my biggest problems with the Diamond. I guess my only complaint about the Snap is it's back cover. It's shiny plastic which I've already managed to put a few scratches on in less than a week. There is no "eye candy" to speak of on the Snap. It's home screen is very similar to windows 6.5 home screen. Plain and simple, but it gets the job done. Overall I'm very satisfied.

Re: Post here if you love your Snap!

Yes my main problem with the Snap is it's lack of flashiness. Nothing really stands out in all honesty lol. It's just a great phone though. I text like a beast, earpiece and sound quality are fantastic, battery is incredible (I was able to last 3 days one time with hardcore usage), its built tough and strong (already dropped it like 4 times and it still works like a champ), GPS is quick, 3G is superfast, it's just a super awesome phone.

never going back to the diamond

where can I download opera mini? I've been using internet explorer and it's an alright browser but it lags pretty badly

iive also tried ucweb which is pretty good as well but not my thing

Re: Post here if you love your Snap!

Looking to add my gf with this phone on my SPCS plan to replace her VZN Curve.
She really liked the BB push mail (for her gmail) but hated the $30 data plan.
Going on my SPCS plan would save her on the voice & data charges.

Seems like HTC & MS got things right for this fone.
Sounds bulletproof.

Just found out about Gmail Active Sync push mail.

Any1 load it up on the snap yet?
