internet scroll fix???

hey everybody... don't you just hate it when you surf the web on ur tilt and you have a big page to scroll down. It takes years just to get there, i have tried different roms and found one that i like but it doesn't have that scroll fix... i really don't want to go back to the same rom i had before.... can anyone help?

i think you just need to find the previous rom on the mfg website and download and install.

i tried a different one but still not the same... the ROM that i'm using is pretty fast and smooth... the other ROM was kinda slow but it had that scroll fix. well i guess we can't have everything that we want.

Using a program i found here:

I can now scroll with the d-pad very fast in internet explorer. Before it would just scroll from link to link but anymore!!
